2025 WA State Cheer Hall of Fame Inductee

2022 WA State Recreational Program of the Year

Puyallup Cheer Academy (PCA) proudly serves our community by offering high-quality cheerleading classes for athletes eager to learn the fundamentals — including motions, jumps, kicks, stunts, cheers, and dance. Our award-winning staff and fully certified coaches create a positive, encouraging environment where every athlete can grow.

Classes are intentionally kept small to ensure personalized attention and faster skill progression. PCA is a year-round program, continuously welcoming new students as space allows.

In addition to skill-building classes, PCA provides multiple local performance opportunities for athletes to showcase their hard work and enthusiasm. You’ll find us performing at beloved community events such as Meeker Days, The Puyallup Fair, The Daffodil Parade, Sunrise Village, South Hill Mall, and the Puyallup Farmers Market.

Founded to support both athletes and coaches, PCA also offers:

  • Fundraising opportunities for schools and PTAs

  • Educational programs for coaches

  • Facility rental for local teams and programs

  • Access to nationally recognized cheer experts and clinics

Join us at Puyallup Cheer Academy and become part of an award-winning community dedicated to excellence, growth, and cheerleading education.

NEW CHEER classes EVERY 2 MONTHS!

Classes meet once a week for 50 minutes. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Payment secures your spot — no refunds due to high demand and frequent sellouts. All classes are open to the public, capped at 15 athletes, and require payment before the first class. To ensure steady progress, no new students may join after week two.

CHEER

Our cheer classes focus on the fundamentals — motions, kicks, jumps, cheers, and dance. Each session wraps up with a mini showcase for families.
No uniform needed — just wear athletic clothes, bring water, and come ready to have fun!

TUMBLING

With three session levels to choose from, there’s something for everyone! Athletes should wear fitted athletic clothing (for safe inversion work) and PE-style shoes, and bring water. Classes begin with a group warm-up and stretch, followed by independent station work with coaches providing hands-on support and skill setup.

A welcome email will be sent the week before classes begin.
To register, for class times, and costs, visit the Store Tab, and please review our Policies Tab before your first session.

We can’t wait to help you grow your skills and confidence!
